- Press the power button in, it is located underneath the flexible neck on the spring loaded clip.
- Does the light come on when the power button is pressed in?
- Make sure the ENHANCE FlexBEAM is plugged into a 2.0 USB port that is receiving power, if plugged into a computer make sure the computer is on. Try plugging the ENHANCE FlexBeam into more then one USB port.
- Does the ENHANCE FlexBEAM turn on when inserted into a different USB port?
